Very good course
A good course common sense is a must which doesn't get used a lot .some control rooms ignore things but trust employee they work in that area some control rooms say don't worry about it but I've called the police 3 times for real events 1 drug deal going on 2 suspicious car 3 suspicious car up ditch which son parked as he saw mum dead in house
