Very Good and Knowledgeable
This course has helped increase my knowledge on what is acceptable in a working environment that sells alcohol and what to allow and not allow.
feels too forced
I wish I had the option to take the test from the get-go or had the option to speed up/skim through videos/just read the transcript . Being forced to sit for an hour and watch these is not great, especially when this is my 5th bar job and I knew most of the information already. I don't see the need to watch all of this when i could have taken the test straight away and saved an hour of time.
