Good training
I liked that this training had short video clips with a real human on camera, mixed with q and a, and role plays. This was very engaging, and made it a pleasant learning experience.
It was good and easy to follow.
This was interesting but didn't really apply to my job at all.

excellent; just one suggestion – for the test you could mention what percentage is needed to pass the test before the test is starting; I failed one question and was restarting the test (what indeed wasn't necessary)
