Very clear and thought provoking
Bribery is a clear issue for the world and negatively impacts on the fairness in which business can be conducted. This course not only outlines the key points around the UK legislation in a clear and concise manner it makes you think about how your actions can help reduce bribery and if they may be interpretted as being a bribe. The subtle difference between gift and bribe is a good one to focus on as it clearly reflects if there is any expection on something happening as a consequence.
The training is well articulated.
The presenter has good knowledge on the ABMS and presents very clearly making learners understand well. Thank you.
