very informative

anger management gave a great insight into feelings and how to cope in situations you don't always have control of without being condescending . The course was bite sized chunks so slotted in easily between other tasks making it quite easy to complete quickly with a good understanding of the content well worthy of 5 stars

The content of this course opens your eyes to emotions that you may feel from time to time and the underlying issues that may be the trigger for these emotions. Understanding this is really important for any one with these emotions and dealing with them in a positive way.
