Concise and easy to understand
Very helpful, nice easy breakdown of key points and some excellent tips to practice this wildly used but underrated skill
Interesting and useful in all situations
This course had some practical pointers for helping someone be engaged in a conversation and being able to improve communication skills. The points were all things that can cover most situations and therefore very useful for a daily basis leading to overall improvement

Interesting, nicely put together
I learned a few things I hadn't thought about as I've always considered myself to be an active listener, but we all have some bad habits and it made me look at mine. I liked the part about gaining confidence in yourself and resisting the urge to interrupt, judge or give unwanted advice!
