I found this a very worthwhile course as it helped me pin point a couple of behaviours I exhibit and gave me techniques I can try as a means to improve.
Useful aspect of communication

Its' easy to get wrapped up in your work and then not give those who are speaking to you your full attention (without even realising!). This training highlights the importance of your own actions and how they can impact upon others who you converse with. It does make you self reflect.
I learn a lot and really appreciate the different techniques which I want to develop and use to improve my active listening skills. Thanks for the content.
It is very important to be able to remember and learn more every day how to be a better Active Listener.
