Straight forward and direct
This course was informative and direct and was easy to keep my attention on it, I found it helpful and now I have some terminology to refer to like the 3A’s.
Something all should benefit from
Improving the experience of communications. Brings to mind the saying 'do you listen or do you wait to talk'. Even an experienced person could benefit from this training as a grounding and check on processes and bad habits.
