Unlevelled Sound
The sound was not good, alot of the sounds were much higher than the voice in the video making it difficult to stay focused on the speech.
A lot of information not applicable to me.
I felt there was too much information about how the process was dealt with by the nominated person after an accident report was submitted.
Very informative and ticked all the boxes required.

Good but needless distressing image
The training was good and covered the information well. However, there was a distressing image of a burn shown on screen with no prior warning. This is upsetting, does not enhance the training and should be removed.
