good content and not too time consuming for a new person in the role
not too heavy which is a good thing for the newer personnel who may be taking on the role of a supervisor, joined with the site procedures this is a good starting point to get them started
Easy to understand and follow
Not a difficult course, multiple choice test questions, really straight forwards and doesn't go into too much detail and isn't time consuming
