Appropriate for level
Decent overall. I do think though that it would benefit from more emphasis on Near Miss reporting. Let someone know if something is significant or not, take away the judgement call from folk with less training. Even if it’s only pointing towards a safety observation system which a company may chose. Leading indicators rather than just lagging ones.
