It would be better if it told us exactly who keeps the records and who we need to report to. This training was too generic.

Great Course
Thank you for a great course it has surpassed my expectations. The presenter has a soothing voice and speaks very clearly. Also, the fact he is dressed in black didn’t distract me from the information being provided. Great presentation style with lots of images and animation which made it really easy to understand the content provided on the course. The part I enjoyed the most was “what needs to be included in an accident report”. However, the documents which needed to be read before the test I thought it would make more sense reading before starting the course.
