About this course
When it comes to creating genuine connections with each other, good communication is really important.
Whilst technology has made it easier for us to communicate with each other, it hasn't necessarily made our communication more meaningful. And with remote and hybrid work set-ups becoming more common, we long to connect with each other in a more human way.
Communication plays an important role in our day-to-day lives because it allows us to bond with people, share our thoughts, feelings, and experiences with them, and it helps us to reach out and connect. Ultimately, improving communication skills will always be beneficial.
This course provides users with all the information they need to improve their active listening skill. Our actionable tips can be immediately put into practice by your employees, and whilst it will require a certain amount of patience to see improvement, it's a sure fire way to improve your team's active listening skill.

At the end of this Active Listening Training course, users will be given a printable certificate.
In addition, brief in-course questions guide the user through the sections of the training and are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum user engagement throughout.
As well as printable user certificates, training progress is all stored centrally in your LMS (Learning Management System) and can be accessed any time to reprint certificates and act as proof of a commitment to ongoing legal compliance.
What does my certificate include?
Your Active Listening Training Certificate includes your name, company name (if applicable), name of course taken, pass percentage, date of completion, expiry date and stamps of approval or accreditations by recognised authorities.

Makes you self reflect!
Its' easy to get wrapped up in your work and then not give those who are speaking to you your full attention (without even realising!). This training highlights the importance of your own actions and how they can impact upon others who you converse with. It does make you self reflect.
