About this course

When it comes to creating genuine connections with each other, good communication is really important.

I learned a few things I hadn't thought about as I've always considered myself to be an active listener, but we all have some bad habits and it made me look at mine. I liked the part about gaining confidence in yourself and resisting the urge to interrupt, judge or give unwanted advice!
