Our time at the Safety in Construction Show

It is a well known fact that the construction sector is a high-risk industry. Therefore, providing effective workplace training in the construction sector is paramount.

In an effort to expand awareness of our cost-effective and engaging training courses, we attended the Safety in Construction Show, along with our friends over at SMAS Worksafe, to meet with those who are responsible for protecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of construction workers.

A few members of our team traveled to Loughborough on Wednesday the 6th October to attend our first face-to-face event since before the pandemic in January 2020!

On the day, we met with representatives from a number of different businesses, including a few existing clients.

The day was centered around a number of talks, touching upon a number of topics including:

• COVID-19
• Confined space safety
• Dust monitoring
• Diabetes
• Workplace culture

We have since returned to the iHASCO HQ and we are extremely pleased with the success of the event.
