Why is this training important?
When teams lack product knowledge, customer confidence quickly drops and opportunities to add value are missed. This training helps employees move beyond a basic understanding of your products so they can explain features and benefits clearly, tailor solutions to customer needs and demonstrate real return on investment. For employers, this leads to stronger customer relationships, improved adoption and better long-term retention.
