This video will show you what the Manual Handling in the Workplace programme looks like and how easy it is to use. This is only a demonstration - when it is used for training it is fully interactive.

When you begin your interactive Manual Handling in the Workplace training, you will see a list of the different sections of the programme on the left hand side of your screen. These sections can be worked through in any order, but it is best to start at the beginning and work through to the end.

Clicking on one of the titles on the left hand side of the screen will take you to a short video introduction to that topic. The video is followed by a brief round up of what was said. From there, you will work through a series of pages related to that section’s topic. The forward arrow will flash to prompt you when it is ready to move onto the next, but the back arrow can be used to return to previous pages at any time. Each section ends with a question to check your understanding so far.

Once all sections are completed, you will sit a multiple choice test. Upon completion, you will be able to print off a certificate to show you have completed your manual handling training.
