Very clear and easy to understand
I found this a little more difficult to understand than the fire safety course, however I still learned quite a lot. The only question I failed was regarding an accident book and I erred on the side of caution, so am not too disappointed in myself.

Informative and clear
A well produced training course which was informative and interesting. It was a good mix of visuals to balance the information being given by the presenter. I was surprised how well I remembered all the main points for the quiz at the end.
