Short and sweet (but one error)

Watch out for question 3.1.3. None of the available answers matches the training. To be specific, training said step 2 was to go elsewhere internally e.g. another manager, but in the question (about what to do after step one) the options where do nothing, or jump to step 3 (report externally). Should be an option for "Report the concern at a higher level in the organisation".

Good content, but sound keeps skipping

I found the course useful, but it was difficult to listen to as throughout the course, the voice over was constantly skipping, meaning I had to guess some of the words. This also happened on the Corona Virus awareness course. It may be my device, but I've not had this issue with anything else I've listened to.
