I do suffer from unconscious bias
This training video did make me appreciate that I do suffer from unconscious bias and was useful from that point of view.
Great course
I thoroughly enjoyed taking this course and it really made me think about the way that I may make assumptions about people without even knowing. It will really make me think about things when I am at work or in new unfamiliar settings.
Really enjoyed
really enjoyed this course and would love to do more. We all make judgements and react accordingly..it's a shame when it is negative. I would recommend this as a mandatory course!
unconsciously good
Really good refresher and also a good way to check that I havent got any bias
important information
Everyone should be encouraged to tackle there biases. Its definitely made me think twice about how I act with people in everyday life, not just work. I look forward to tackling these myself and becoming a more positive person.
Clear, informative, relevant for all
I think that this training gave clear, constructive strategies to enable employers to address the problem of inequality within the workplace.
Makes you think
A worthwhile course which will help everyone work together more efficiently
Disability invisible
All the examples shown exclude unconscious biases about disability. A huge opportunity has been missed here and I find it completely unacceptable to have excluded this. I have been critical of the equality and diversity course as well and I fear the team putting these together have brought too many of their own biases into this.
Useful and informative.
An interesting and thought provoking course.
