Liked this one, right length and made you think. Needs to be repeated yearly as old habits will start to creep back in if not reiterated/continued to be challenged

I feel as if you were being unconsciously bias towards the learner, making assumptions about their biases and indeed offering biases that may not have even occurred to the learner in the first place . Very disappointing.

informative course to understand at your own pace is very helpful for the training to digest.
