A good course
A good course , however for an old fart that is approaching retirement and spent many years as a copper and even longer as a soldier touring the globe and learning about cultures, religions and life, much of this is old hat. Still worth doing.
too boring,
Not sure if a online course could be more difficult to focus on. Needed to be shorter. The importance of the the subject has been nullified by the dry delivery.

Yes, I feel every employer should offer a course like this, it is a good reminder of we perceive people and why.

An informative course
This course highlighted areas where we would all benefit from having a greater awareness towards people and acceptance of both their life choices and body/personality make up to avoid showing bias towards them in our judgement.
