Challenging
Yes a definate eye opener test questions made me think. Not as easy as i thought it would be
Not sure about this one
Most of the iHasco courses have been good but this one could be better. I have done a fair amount of Unconscious Bias training and I am not convinced the teaching was accurate. Unconscious bias is not just based on (negative) past experience, but more commonly based on no or limited experience. There are also ways of limiting unconscious bias which were not mentioned. For example, following policies and not making snap judgements. However, the use of pictures and voices was good and allowed the viewer to assess their own reaction.
Really helpful
Great training to get me thinking and to bring unconscious biases to the forefront of my mind. Thank you for scooping me out of my comfort zone and getting me to pay attention and be aware! Now that I know, I‚Äôm responsible…..
First experience of online training
Didn’t know what to expect as my first time online training. I became anxious when the course took 2 hours & not 32 mins, even so I felt the Course was good also the new experience.
Worthwhile course
Quite thought-provoking. Good to a raise awareness of certain situations.
Found this very informative.
This really changed my opinion on how I judge and communicate with people in a positive way!
Worthwhile course
Challenges us to keep an open mind and not let previous experiences influence our decisions
Very concise.
This has made me think about my attitude and how I present myself to others. Where my prejudices lie and what I can do about it. All in all a very good course for making me question myself and be more aware of my thinking.
clear concise teaching
Really useful to discover how many different types of unconscious bias there are. I will remember the ACT acronym!
