Relevant and informative
Worked well for me. Learned some new ideas and ways of assessing my unconscious actions.

Importance of Unconscious Bias Training
With pandemics influencing the way we work by reducing the office hours and personal contact between staff members, the way we treat each other becomes increasingly important in terms of the quality of our working life and productivity in general. As being judgmental and biased is part of human nature, it is good to be reminded how we can consciously work on inclusivity and respect for every individual.
super course!
Clearly presented, thought provoking and entirely relevant to all work places.
A good course
This is a good course but I did this a year ago as I remember a lot of it from then, I think maybe every 2 or 3 year repeats are adequate
Makes you reflect and be aware
Very interesting course, it makes you look at workplace relations and yourself with a completely fresh pair of eyes
Test based on memorising definitions
I would expect the test to be more realistic – present me with a situation, ask me to make a decision and then point out that my decision was biased. Memorising definitions is not going to help me with fighting my unconscious bias.
This was a knowledgeable course
The only thing was finding the time to do it.
Its too slow
I can read the transcript, I dont need someone to read it to me and there is no way of getting through the slides without waiting for the 'Speaker' to finish, Its too slow, too boring and I learnt absolutely nothing at all from it. A total waste of time.
thought provoking and useful
Thought provoking; encourages employees to look deeper into their preconceptions and motives, and provides technique to address these biases in order to improve work practices
