A really good course that really made me think about how I think about things.

The information was well presented and easy to follow. The presenter spoke slowly and clearly. It explained bias in a way that was approachable and didn't attack anyone for what is a natural instinct. (I really want to know if her tattoo is real).

Very useful information to remind us about our unconscious bias. Practical ideas to ensure we constantly review our thoughts and opinions.

I started this course with an open mind. The course was both interesting and boring at the same time and I easily lost concentration at times and had to push myself to pay full attention. I genuinely do not pre judge until I get to know people so some of it was irrelevant. A good course overall that does have benefits but the presentation could have been a bit more flowing as I thought too many sections, you get into the theme then stops.
