This course has thought me how to identify unconscious bias in the work settings, and it has improve my awareness on how unconscious bias influences us and what techniques to overcome it.

I found the course a real eye opener for me, makes a lot of sense and I will for sure be taking away this information and using it

I really enjoyed the unconscious bias training, I found it really informative in regards to my job & I wrote things down, to refer back to in the future

A useful reminder to raise awareness

I found this boring as watching video clips of a person didn't engage me and this type of learning doesn't appeal to how I learn. I prefer in house training where you can communicate with the teacher.
