A very useful course
A very useful course which makes you think very carefully about yourself, your thoughts and beliefs and how those can impact on the way you work and treat people, often without you consciously realising it .
Good training, easy to understand.
Worthwhile training course and prompts you to question unconscious biases both in and outside the workplace.
Really important training
Unconscious bias training is really important. However I feel like some of the examples might be a bit outdated. The tattoo example for instance didn't feel like as much of a challenge to bias as it might have done maybe ten years ago.
Awfully Preachy
Sure, bias can be negative. But there's just as many positives in actuality. This course tries to make you only see it in a negative light and never highlights any potential benefits having a bias can bring. One-sided.
Thought Provoking
This course made me think about the judgements I consciously and unconsciously make on a daily basis.

Easy to listen to and introduced concepts that were new to me.

Really good presentation. Informative and detailed and the presenter was really engaging, some real power moves, like the tattoo reveal, that kept me going. The level of detail behind the presentation went above and beyond and was interesting.

The content was really engaging and informative – it had great examples to help us examine unconscious biases and the supplementary material was great as well. I think in terms of production value it was one of the better LMS modules I've taken, amazing job!
