Course Review
After taking part in this course the content was very heavey and takes away letting managers use there real life experance as managers and off putting for new managers. Very much a tick box exercise course to conform with mandatory training.
very informative
Given me a lot to think about with the team and how not have a bias towards any one person but to include everyone
Dreadful.
Will those that actually need to take this course, take any of it in. Doubtful. Too long and too dull.

Brings home and makes us aware of our inbuilt bias
Good course
Very practical. A good blend of common sense and psychological information. Useful information sheets on different biases. Good graphics too. Very watchable.

Over reliance on classification of bias
The videos and ways of naming kinds of bias are helpful. The need to rely on the typology looks more like an academic “test” rather than an interviewers aid to comparing candidates.
Thought provoking course
The course was interesting and definitely prompted some thoughts.
I found it interesting
It made me think about a lot of what was said.
Extremely engaging and thought provoking
I found the delivery of this very engaging and interactive with the mix of slides, animation and talking. It really makes you think and question unconscious bias that you have. Would highly recommend this course.
