Very important course, it's help people understand and be aware, there are hazards everywhere, and all the time

Its fine, learnt something
I learnt 2 interesting facts about ladder use that I didn't know. However it would also be good to have more practical examples involving not rushing at tasks, and mentally thinking through the physical actions needed before moving over difficult terrain
