The essential points can be covered in a much shorter period. These videos are too long for the many of us who have busy lives & other commitments. And volunteer a lot for the hospice.

I thought the course was excellent. The videos were short so you could take in small bits of information at a time. And the lay out was easy to follow and not complicated.
