its a long and drawn out course on an important subject

this course goes into great detail on the subject. despite this – and 30 years of similar training I failed the very easy test at the end. Discussing the question I got wrong with a colleague who has 42 years in the industry he would also have given the answer I gave. As an individual I would not attempt to carry more than 5kg up a ladder. I use TILE to assess a manual handling job before I carry it out – and for me as an Individual (The I in TILE) 5kg is my limit for the Task (The T in TILE) of carry this Load up a Ladder (which you might consider the load and environment). The answer then is relative and not absolute. I then had to repeat this tedious course – which for me is a far greater hazard to my health (mental health if you must but I do not believe mental and physical health should be differentiated) than online training for climbing a ladder with an object as that NEVER
