The woman with long hair was a bad example. She was climbing a ladder with her long hair around her hands. I would expect that hair tied back for safety.

The course itself had relevant information but the frustrating thing was when I started the quiz it froze twice after answering questions and then had to go back to beginning.

This is another shining example of a serious subject being condensed into a simple, quick, and because of that, easy to understand and digest course. Should be the industry standard in my opinion!
