Easy to understand
Simple but reminding of common sense

The ladder section was useful. I now know about the distance needed between the anchor point and foot of the ladder, and that there should be three steps protruding from the anchor point. I got a question wrong and did not see a way to find out which one it was.

A very informative video with good explanations with regards all of the scenarios.
Distracting soundtrack to animations
Some of the animations include a soundtrack of rainfall over the voice of the presenter, this interfered with my hearing aids tinnitus programs and resulted in me removing my hearing aids to complete the course.
