A useful safety course
The course was more concise and all the better for it. The course managed to convey the relevant points, in a succinct and effective way. It would be further improved by having more 'test' questions to reinforce the knowledge as the learner proceeds through the course.

Too much about ladders
I seldom use a ladder at work. I have a step ladder available but cannot use due to vertigo. Perhaps this should also be included
