A useful course to bring managers up to speed with how to handle Harassment in the workplace.
A great course, it details the process of how to deal with Harassment in the workplace effectively but also how to spot the signs and prevent it.
Methodical approach to the subject
Good introduction to set the scene about addressing cracks before they become problems. Good methodical approach to identifying risks putting in place policies to recognise the issues and continually reviewing the processes to ensure fit for purpose

Some good bits, some serious and fundamental errors
I liked the text only style, and this was overall solid. But professionals really ought to know what protected characteristics are, and not make basic errors about them. This is a serious failing.
