A very difficult topic
As Stated a very difficult topic – Everyone is different A Challenging subject – but dealt with in the correct manner – it just becomes another process although a little more finesse, understanding and compassion. A good first insight on how to deal with the subject

The overall course was informative, intuitive to navigate and understand. I have attended other portal training modules which are not as clear as this iHasco training. Easy to digest and acknowledge, points covered directly, with no ambiguous miss leading questions!

Overall, the course has increased my awareness and confidence in promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment. I found the explanation of risk assessment, along with the procedures for managing informal and formal issues, to be especially valuable.
