A very difficult topic
As Stated a very difficult topic – Everyone is different A Challenging subject – but dealt with in the correct manner – it just becomes another process although a little more finesse, understanding and compassion. A good first insight on how to deal with the subject
Detailed to the point, and directly covers the key areas
The overall course was informative, intuitive to navigate and understand. I have attended other portal training modules which are not as clear as this iHasco training. Easy to digest and acknowledge, points covered directly, with no ambiguous miss leading questions!

I like that it was a reading course and different from the usual video courses. Good to mix it up.
