It was a thorough tutorial, emphasising the three stages of the safer recruitment process while detailing the checks that need to be made at each stage.
Easy to understand, informative and not too lengthy insight into Safer Recruitment.
I have completed Safer Recruitment on at least four occasions. The first time, was an intense all-day course. Having a reasonable understanding of Safer Recruitment, the iHASCO course acts well as a "reminder" of processes and procedures.
