Very worthwhile and thought provoking
Initially I was puzzled why it was necessary to complete this as a voluntary worker within a charity shop as there was such a lot of information to be considered. However in completion I now feel that as a volunteer we should always be vigilant working with the public and our own colleagues for signs of possible distress or anything adverse which could be affecting their well being. It was clear and concise and has made me more aware of the vulnerability of individuals in general as anyone can be affected by poor treatment privately and in organisations.
Very informative and excellent delivery
An essential course for anyone working with vulnerable adults

Informative
The course was well presented and I liked the fact it was in small, manageable sections. This made it easier to concentrate on a specific section at a time. It was also nice you could leave it at a certain point and resume later. Very well organised session. Thank you.
Covers main concerns
Simple and effective online training _ but misses opportunities for practical understanding from role play etc as with group learning in person
Excellent information and very consice.
Additional information is very useful and well thought out. Examples is what helps identify with the material and is therefore more likely to act appropritely on matters such s abuse.
I thought it was really easy to read
At first I found it really good and interesting about safeguarding and the questions were a-bit difficult but I got there in the end and I’m happy that I passed

Far too long and not relevant to a shop assistant.
Very comprehensive cover of safeguarding
Although of great general interest I am not sure how relevant it is to shop volunteering apart from possibility of your manager's bullying and affecting self esteem of other volunteers. It is very relevant in many of the other things volunteers do in other parts of the organisation.
