This was a very comprehensive course but it was a lot to take in in one session
The training is informative and well designed to follow. It attract the trainees attention, help the trainee to expect the challenges they might face and how o handle it. at the same time it is an important alarm for the volunteers to be aware about their role and pay attention to all the details during their work with vulnerable people.
A bit long and tended to lose concentration. Maybe improved by a few more case studies. Liked the summaries
The course covered a lot of ground in a fair amount of detail with access to additional resources, if required. It was clear and instructive but there was some repetition which made concentration and focus more difficult. Overall it was an effective course on a very important subject.
Overall were good & interesting. There some of the difficult words that I have never seen ie radicalisation etc.

Sometimes answers are too vague to predict not fitting in a generalised way.
easy to retain the information overall good course and a well structured questions at the end
the course covered alot of things relevant to my working environment and really enjoyed it as it highlighted most relevant things to look for to my working place.
The video and graphics used for this training are very good however a bit of diversity would make it more appealing to all especially those working in care roles.
