this course is for care workers & hospital workers, not college porters

This is a very informative and well presented course and brings awareness to treat everyone with respect and dignity.
Just slightly confused about guidance dealing with a person's capacity to make their own decisions and the 'In an Emergency' section where I thought ensuring the person is safe should have taken priority over calling an ambulance
Really enjoyable, learned lots. Thought I had a reasonable grasp of safeguarding but course opened up areas of consideration I was not aware of previously
