Vague questions

Q. Why should you assess risk in a structured way? This is about risk? Focusing on what needs to be done comes later. Poorly laid out workstation may not be a risk so its not a true answer ie a ruler left across the monitor base. Or you've created a risk assessment that alleviates the poorly laid out workstation either leads to false being the answer as it's not 'always' a risk. If the question were, an exposed wire on a workstation is always a risk then that can be always true. There were more questions which were vague and could be answered either way, I think the questions and answers need to be more black and white.
