Thoroughly covers the subject
Clearly explains the difference between a risk and a hazard. Gives clear advice and information re the different kinds of hazards to be found in the workplace and how to deal with them.

Yes very good , each section about right duration and depth, good knowledge gained. would like a bit more on dynamic risk assessment. and may be a bit more out door activities. ( I work outside)
