it seems ok
Hard to concentrate on a subject that is very tedious.
Too focused on Workplace
Whilst it is fairly obvious that this is a workplace risk assessment, I feel it should really state that and make it clear that this is not a machinery risk assessment which, whilst similar in many ways, does have some different requirements.
