Well presented, but painfully needless presentation. "If you are going to work in an environment, firstly check the risks" …… Getaway!!!!! It's a little bit like saying "If you are going to put your head in a crocodiles mouth, this could be dangerous!!!" Couldn't we have a training session that teaches us something we don't know? The presentation itself is very good, with the presenter clearly explaining things. But please give me something that is not brutally obvious.

Short, precise and to the point.
As with other courses I have completed. The standard is high in knowledge given to learn

A lot felt as if it was stating the obvious, so it dragged on rather than getting to the point, however i understand that legally you need to make sure everything is explained clearly so I don't think that can be improved upon, other than to maybe run a test at the start and if the basics are known then just go over any new material or changes in rules or guidance.
