Informative and well-presented course which clearly explains the procedures for creating effective risk assessments.

The course was good – but some of the questions at the end were misleading and I got quite a few wrong – where normally I only get one wrong – you should be allowed to re do the test.

The training helped me understand the reasons why a risk assessment is conducted and how it is completed.

Easy to understand. I would like to see a more specific example of risk identified in the workplace and an example of controls measures put in place. For example a simple case of chairs being stacked too high ie… risk of falling and hurting someone. Then for example the caretaker being asked to only stack chairs to four high. (Rather than the car/road example )
