It was eye opener
I thought it was good pratice skill for the mind
Implies – we should be stressed & afraid
This was at best patronising and at worst really uncomfortable listening. I wasn't feeling too worried about return to work, and this course implies that I should be. Also significant parts weren't relevant to Covid (eg talk to your line manager to find out what you've missed). It was unhelpful. Do I really need to be told to contact the Samaritans because I'm going back!?!
