Very helpful and clear. Well balanced in terms of encouraging individuals to go back to work but not to feel it is a bad thing to have legitimate concerns.

Not for me
This course is not really relevant to my type of work, it is aimed more at office based jobs.
Thoughtful and positive
The training session was very positive and very much focused on the individual's well being and the importance of being mentally prepared for returning to work. I enjoyed it and found it very reassuring.
Not necessary for me
I don't think it was necessary for someone who has worked throughout the pandemic and has managed staff who have also worked throughout the pandemic to complete this training. In my opinion it is for staff and managers who have been furloughed
