Straightforward and constructive.
РIt probably needs to be called Returning to the Office – Coronavirus (although this then wouldn’t be as relevant to Furloughed staff who are Returning to Work from Home) РEach module was clear and straightforward РIt was helpful to understanding both my/employee responsibilities and employer/manager responsibilities РIt was helpful to understand the Return to the Office period as a transition that you can prepare for and also plan once you’re there. РA good coverage of helpful policies that employers need to consider. We need to publicise this more as staff arrive back in the office РA helpful slide or two on re-establishing routine, and really constructive ideas on why Returning to the Office is a really good thing for us. РQuick and practical tips on recreating ‘normal’ again. РGood to suggest that we can ask for changes and adjustments as we need this in the first few weeks. РG

I appreciate the course is designed for different levels of understanding but I thought the information could have been more condensed.

Summary – use common sense
Didn't really feel 25 minutes was warranted. All common sense actions & some of it as if talking to someone going to primary school
