Good course on an important subject.
Everyone has been affected in one way or another by the Pandemic. Unprecedented levels of uncertainty, isolation and loneliness have made lock down and the transition back to work a great source of anxiety to many. The emphasis that help is out there and to reach out for support if you need it is vital. As a listening volunteer for Samaritans, I truly realise the power and value of human communication. Don't be alone, reach out for support if you are struggling. Good course, thank you.

Positive messages to encourage everyone to take responsibility for their wellbeing & safety. Liked the fact that it was communicated that even Managers are new to the situation and therefore patience and understanding required all round.
