A very useful update.
Although it was a very brief course, it was extremely useful to be updated as it's very easy to forget what you've learnt previously, from as long as 12 months ago.

easy to follow
A simple and easy to follow course. Each video slide covers key points which are then summarised reinforcing what has been said. Whilst two slides, maybe three, asked questions of the participant it would be more engaging to have included more questions.
Really clear and concise.
Really important training, clearly delivered, engaging speaker, good animations and very concise.
