Informative and to the Point
Highlighting the key points which are likely to become questions later would be useful and particular examples of historical radicalisation cases with names omitted, would give the transcript descriptions a more realistic picture what tutors and teachers have dealt with in the past.

Some examples would be helpful. Use of acronyms not explained, e.g. SMSC and, I think, DSL?
