Very good but could have been better.
Very informative indeed. I questioned how somebody with dementia would follow the amount of instruction advised during certain lifts and procedures. I would have really benefitted from seeing video of some of the procedures as I am a total novice. Very good course, a lot of information, but would benefit from real time transfers/lifts.

very useful course, good to be reminded.
although much of course not relevant yet in my care home, probably will be in future. good to be reminded what to do in different situations that could happen at any time.
