A good introduction

I enjoyed this informative and well planned course with plenty resources. I’ve tried mindfulness before and it wasn’t for me. But will continue to search for ways to improve mine and other’s mental well being

Informative but a little problematic

I understand the emphasis on healthy eating promoting a healthy mind but I did find it surprising that the training simultaneously acknowledges eating disorders then dealt in absolutes when discussing healthy vs not healthy options. Instead of encouraging to eat in moderation or avoid eating too much of, the training highlighted 'good' and 'bad' foods in a very black and white way that could be detrimental to people's relationships with food.
